REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 27/07/2026
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by ADHD Gem, a trading name of The Knowledge Gem Ltd ("we", "our", "us").
By purchasing our digital products, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
All products sold by ADHD Gem are digital products delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your product will normally be made available immediately via download and/or email.
2. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing digital content generally have a 14-day cancellation period.
However, this right is lost if:
- you request immediate access to the digital content during the cancellation period; and
- you acknowledge that doing so means you lose your statutory right to cancel.
By purchasing and accessing our digital products immediately after payment, you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because our products are digital downloads that are supplied immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds where:
- the product has been downloaded or accessed;
- you have changed your mind;
- you no longer require the product;
- you purchased by mistake;
- you did not fully read the product description before purchasing; or
- you expected results that cannot reasonably be guaranteed.
This policy helps protect our intellectual property, as digital products cannot be returned once accessed.
4. When We May Offer a Refund
We recognise that exceptional circumstances can occur.
We may consider a refund if, for example:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you were unable to access the product due to a technical fault that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time;
- you received the wrong product and we are unable to correct the issue; or
- we are otherwise required to provide a refund under applicable consumer law.
Each request will be assessed on its individual circumstances.
5. Faulty Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for its intended purpose; and
- as described.
If you believe the digital content you purchased does not meet these legal standards, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will:
- provide a replacement download;
- correct any technical issue;
- provide an updated version; or
- offer another appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
6. Technical Problems
If you experience any difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund.
Many issues can be resolved quickly, including:
- download problems;
- broken links;
- email delivery issues;
- file corruption; or
- compatibility questions.

7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email:
Please include:
- your full name;
- the email address used when placing your order;
- your order details (if available);
- a description of the issue; and
- any relevant supporting information.
Providing complete information will help us investigate your request more efficiently.
8. Refund Decisions
We aim to review refund requests as promptly as possible.
Where additional information is required, we may contact you before making a decision.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
9. Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could require us to provide evidence to your payment provider regarding the transaction and delivery of the digital content.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights to raise a legitimate payment dispute.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer protection law.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
